Finca El Rincón

The 8 apartments all feature private terraces, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator. The larger apartments also include a dishwasher for added convenience. Each apartment has a bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Laundry and ironing services are available for an additional fee. Apartments 1–5 also offer a washing machine for guest use. Bed linen and towels are provided, though beach towels are not included. All apartments are equipped with infrared heating, and a parking space is available for each apartment.

Apartment Types
You can choose from the following options:

• 2 studios (1 room, approx. 25 m² and 22 m², apartments no. 2 and 4)

• “Casita” (country house) – 1 room, apartment no. 6, approx. 33 m²

• 3 standard apartments (2 bedrooms, approx. 40–50 m², apartments no. 1, 3, and 5)

• 2 duplex apartments (3 bedrooms, approx. 90 m², apartments no. 7 and 8)

The 3-bedroom duplex apartments are spread over two floors, with a spacious living-dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the upper floor, and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the lower floor. The 2-bedroom apartments comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, while the 3-bedroom apartments can host up to 6 guests. This includes 2 people sleeping on a double sofa bed in the living room or on extra beds, plus small children in a cot (except in Studio no. 4).

The Casita also features a small separate room (approx. 8 m²) without water or sewage facilities, where up to 2 additional guests can sleep on a 1.40-m-wide sofa bed.

If, for example, Studio no. 2 is not available on your chosen dates, Studio no. 4 may still be free. It is also possible to combine stays in different apartments, either of the same or different types. We can sometimes coordinate with other guests to make moving between apartments as smooth as possible.

Food & Nearby Amenities
Meals are not included, but you’ll find a bar and a restaurant open daily just 100–200 metres away. Another restaurant and beach bar are a few hundred metres further along the beach. To reach the Canarian-Austrian café with stunning sea views, a short uphill walk is required.

Several supermarkets are reachable by car in 8–10 minutes. There’s also a supermarket at the bus terminal in La Orotava, with a bus stop conveniently nearby.
