The 8 apartments offer terraces, free WIFI, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher in the large apartments, bathroom with hairdryer and washing lotions. Laundry and ironing service at additional cost. Apartments 1-5 have a washing machine for the use of our guests. Of course, bed linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels. Infrared heating. Parking for each apartment.

You can choose between: 

• 2 studios (1 room, approx. 25 and 22 m², no. 2, 4)) 
• “Casita” = country house (1 room, no. 6, approx. 33 m²)
• 3 ‘normal’ apartments (2 bedrooms, approx. 40-50 m², no. 1, 3, 5)
• 2 'Large' apartments (3 bedrooms, approx. 90 m², no. 7, 8)

The 3-bedroom apartments have a large living-dining room and kitchen on the upper floor, and 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the lower floor. In the 2-bedroom apartments up to 4 people can sleep, in the 3-bedroom apartments up to 6 people can sleep, in each case 2 people on a double sofa bed in the living room or extra beds, plus small children in the cot except in study no. 4. With the Casita there is a small separate room (about 8 m²) without water and without sewage, in which up to 2 people can sleep on a sofa bed 1.40 m wide.

For example, if Studio No. 2 is not available or is no longer available for the desired period of time, it is possible that Studio No. 4 remains available. You can also combine a stay in different apartments of the same or different type. Perhaps we can contact other guests and save you the hassle of moving.

Prices per night for 1 or 2 people in € for a minimum stay of 5 nights:

*Holy Week: Saturday of the weekend preceding Holy Week until Easter Monday, i.e. 13.4. - 22.4.2019
Christmas: 24.12. – 6.1.

**additionally with a small adjoining separate room (with an area of about 8m², small double sofa bed, no water/waste water) plus 10 € for the 3rd person if necessary.

For each additional person 6 € will be added. Children under the age of 3 in the cot are free of charge. The prices include VAT.

If you book for only 3 or 4 nights, the price per night increases by 10 € for the studios and the cottage, 20 € for the 2-bedroom apartments and 30 € for the 3-bedroom apartments. It is not possible to book less than 3 nights.

Food is not included. Fresh baguette rolls can be delivered for breakfast from Monday to Friday morning. A bar and a restaurant, open every day, are about 100-200m away, another restaurant and a bar on the beach a few hundred meters away. To reach the Canarian-Austrian cafeteria overlooking the sea, you have to climb a hill. Several supermarkets can be reached by car in 8-10 minutes. There is a supermarket at the bus terminal in Orotava - bus stop nearby.
