Unique location
In an exclusive location, directly on the rugged Atlantic coast - with breath-taking sea views, often fascinating sunsets - for lovers of the sea, its immensity, its melody, its aroma, close to sandy beaches, one starts below the Finca*, with a milder and sunnier climate than in the highest locations, Spain's highest mountain, the Teide (3,718 m.), in the background.*Access to the beach, which begins below the finca is temporarily closed for works, there is another beach nearby with lifeguard, beach bar and restaurant accessible from the finca by a coastal road.
Pure nature
In the only green zone of the Orotava valley close to the sea - once “the most beautiful valley in the world” according to Humboldt - with approx. 18,000 sqm (!) of natural, biological garden with rich vegetation. Far away from hustle and bustle, noise and exhaust fumes - there is no car and no factory as far as America -, almost always you only hear the sound of the sea and early morning birds chirping (we have chickens, but no crowing cock!).
The idyllic garden of the finca offers plenty of space for sunbathing, picnicking, relaxing and enjoying peace and nature. There are garden furniture, as well as sun loungers, and portable umbrellas for the finca and the beach.
Individuality
Only 8 individual apartments, four different types, in four different buildings, each apartment is something special, the size according to your needs, no large groups, the 'Casita' (= No.6) is your own small house. With a wide variety of services.
Diversity
The finca also offers a swimming pool, a pond with ducks, turtles, fish and barbecue, table tennis, parking. Each apartment with the exception of studio (= one bedroom apartment) no. 2 has sea view and a terrace with sea view, the “big apartments” (= three bedroom apartments, no. 7 and 8) have two of these terraces.
Nearby Puerto and Orotava
Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz with their historical centres. Puerto is also a tourist metropolis and small port, with impressive promenades, easy access - each one to 10 minutes by car to Puerto, also on foot mainly by a beautiful coastal path in about 50 minutes outside the city. Taxis are cheap.
Discover Tenerife
Tenerife is the largest Canarian island and has the most varied landscape; in 5 minutes you reach the motorway, although you can’t hear (because it is much higher and the wind usually blows from the sea), there is a bus stop nearby.
